Leftover Salmon is a high energy band that has been on the road since 1989, bringing their "Polyethnic Cajun Slamgrass" to anyone who cares to listen. Last year they played a raging set in Aspen, Colorado, including a touching tribute to the father of all folk music Woodie Guthrie and the Stones classic "Let It Bleed."
