Wintergrass Bluegrass Festival

Honored as Bluegrass Event of the Year in 2005, Wintergrass has consistently presented a stellar mix of old and newgrass, vets and newcomers, national and regional guests, and always, a surprise or two. The 14th annual festival took place indoors (a porta potty-free festival!) around downtown Tacoma. We're bringing you performances from the Pavilion Stage and beyond. The Ballroom was the fest's main dance stage; you'll hear some spirited dance sets captured there.

The "Changing Face of Bluegrass" is a fundraiser. You can hear the next generation of pickers play together on this set, and support music scholarships.
